Who handles customs and duties?
Mayple does. The Mayple hub is a free trade zone, so your stock is held duty-free until it sells. Duties are calculated and collected in your checkout, delivered duty paid. Nothing is demanded at your customer’s door.
Which countries can I sell to?
More than 80. Average delivery times on the main lanes: 2.4 days to Saudi Arabia, 2.8 to Hong Kong, 2.9 to Singapore, 3.2 to the UK, 3.3 to the EU, 3.5 to Australia and 3.6 to South Africa. See coverage.
How long does setup take?
Install the app and answer three questions: your zones, your average order weight and your domestic rate. Mayple builds a Shopify Market for every zone. Highland had nine markets live in its first week; Ceres Chill went live in two weeks.
Can Mayple help with US tariffs?
If your goods are made outside the US, international orders can ship from the hub without entering the US, so they are not tariffed twice.
