Who handles customs and duties?
Mayple does. The Mayple hub is a free trade zone, so your stock is held duty-free until it sells. Duties are calculated and collected in your checkout, delivered duty paid. Nothing is demanded at your customer’s door.
Where is the Mayple hub?
In Dubai, inside a free trade zone. Stock waits there duty-free until it sells, then flies direct to each market on scheduled passenger flights, including the Emirates network through our partnership with Emirates Courier Express.
Which countries can I sell to?

How long does setup take?
Install the app and answer three questions: your zones, your average order weight and your domestic rate. Mayple builds a Shopify Market for every zone. Highland had nine markets live in its first week; Ceres Chill went live in two weeks.
Do I have to change my fulfillment stack?
No. Mayple integrates with Shopify and your ERP; your domestic flow stays exactly as it is. International orders route to Mayple automatically.
What do my customers see?
Tracking that carries your brand, from checkout to doorstep. An AI agent watches every shipment, and delivery exceptions are resolved with the carrier in transit, before they turn into support tickets.
Can Mayple help with US tariffs?
If your goods are made outside the US, international orders can ship from the hub without entering the US, so they are not tariffed twice.
